In order that we can keep minimise the risk to all road users from road defects, when you report a defect, we would request that you also place a note of the location of the problem, along with the tracking number issued by the council on receipt of the report, on to the “Road defect report” section of the chat board. Info for ‘Aberdeenshire council’, can be found on the chat board. Other councils reporting forms can be found on the main MAG-UK web site.
This way, if there is a problem with getting a defect repaired, we will be able to take action to have it chased up.
